Our coconut simple syrup, or coconut nectar, is made by gathering fresh sap from coconut tree blossoms. This buttery, caramel-like syrup is similar in taste and consistency to molasses. However, our organic coconut syrup is akin to maple syrup in how it’s made. These syrups are made by simmering the sap of a tree until it becomes thick and very concentrated.

Fresh, Quality Coconut sugar!

I love the quality and unique flavor, I put a skimpy Tspn in every hot drink I have, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and for baking I do a oat crumble topping with melted butter, oats, flour and sugar to top of banana loafs.

Great product.

Love the product. Have been using it in vegan cheese and dessert spread recipes. Coconut syrup is also a great lower glycemic index option. It is packed and shipped with lots of care.

I am on a Keto protocol and wanted to try your ice cream recipe. I’m hesitant as I’ve beeen strict about using anything that would stall my weight loss or affect my sugar. It says low glycemic, but contains sugars are 22 grams. Is this similar to coconut sugar’s glycemic affects, as it is prohibited on the Keto protocol?

Coconut syrup should generally be avoided on the Keto diet. It's high on the glycemic index but is accepted as a "low-dose" sugar by some on the Keto diet. Here's a better option for Keto-friendly ice cream (only 4 ingredients!):
