'REAL' wild rice
Since we introduced your 'real' wild rice into our diet, we entered an entirely new health dimension. We are never going back to 'paddy rice world'. What we love most about your 'real' wild rice is the high protein quality and overall color and chewy body which in essence is everything. It has become a tasty part of our grain free diet. I cook it in chicken or vegetable stock until the liquid is absorbed. It's eaten as a side dish, then used for stir fries, & a bacon wild rice dish. We definitely prefer the hand parched because it is softer & faster cooking. It's delicious!

CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I'VE BEEN MISSING ALL THESE YEARS!!!! FANTASTIC UNIQUE NUTTY TASTE IS GOOD BY ITSELF OR AS A SIDE TO ANY DISH. ALSO BLENDS WELL WITH WHITE AND BROWN RICE. YUMMMMMY!!! AND AT THE BEST PRICE, WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?
