Product Description
Hydrangea root comes from the dried rhizomes and roots of the Hydrangea Shrub and is known to contain numerous nutrients and phytochemicals such as manganese, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, quercetin, zinc, selenium and calcium. Some traditional cultures believed the root to have diuretic properties and used it to remove impurities. Used in teas, tinctures or taken as an extract or in a capsule, it is known to have little odor but a pungent, sweet taste.
