Place in a blender... Two cups water Two tablespoons green powder Two teaspoons green (cut and sifted) Stevia (Or to taste) One or two frozen bananas (slice and toss ripe bananas with lemon juice before freezing to keep them from turning brown) Two tablespoons olive oil Two teaspoons apple cider vinegar Juice of one small lemon 12 ice cubes Blend til smooth! Pour into 2-3 glasses and enjoy.
This actually tasted good.
I expected this to taste bitter like when juicing greens but it was actually pretty good. It had a softer taste, almost liked a cooked spinach and a grassy taste but not bitter whatsoever even when mixing it with just water.
What an amazing product and life changer!
I love this and have been making smoothies with it every other morning for breakfast. You really have to use the proper ratio of fruits to hide the "seaweed flavor" and cannot just mix it with almond milk for example. The taste hides well under blended strawberries and almond milk, and the positive side effects i have received from this product are amazing! I feel extremely hydrated...i get a jolt of energy after drinking this whatever time of day it is. My skin looks better than ever! I know sea vegetables are supposed to have this effect but i was not expecting to this extreme! Thank you Wilderness Family Naturals!
