One half cup of whole freeze dried tart cherries supplies you with 26% of the Daily Value of Vitamin A. They are also a good source of Vitamin C and fiber.
Rehydrate in cool water for 5 minutes, hot water for 1-2 minutes or enjoy without rehydrating as a crunchy snack. Use 3 parts cherries to 1 part water.
Storage & Shelf-life
Store in original container with oxygen/moisture absorber in a cool, dry location. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for extended storage.
