Blackberries contain high amounts of Vitamin C and fiber. Their dark purple hue comes from the presence of anthocyanins and other phenolic compounds. An amazing fruit, they can be added to sauces, puddings, granola, baked goods, yogurt, trail mix and more.
Rehydrate in cool water for 5 minutes, hot water for 1-2 minutes or enjoy without rehydrating as a crunchy snack. Use 3 parts blackberries to 1 part water.
Storage & Shelf-life
Store in original container with oxygen/moisture absorber in a cool, dry location. You may also reseal product in a vacuum storage bag for extended storage.
