These fermented Cacao Nibs have wonderful flavor, and they make excellent chocolate. I will be using these in my homemade chocolate from now on.
These nibs are deeply flavorful and very fresh tasting. They are a great addition to trail mix or in salads and desserts of all types. Great product!
I love the taste of these fermented cacao nibs. I love to eat them raw in my various morning porridge, and I also roasted them to make chocolate. They have a wonderful taste, and the quality is very consistent!

These delicious nibs are always fresh tasting and intensely flavorful. I love the bittersweet crunch they add to sweet and savory dishes. To start my day, I often add a pinch of these nibs to my bowl of fresh fruits and WFN crispy soaked & dried nuts.
Fermented cocoa nibs
I enjoy the uniqueness of this product but it gives food an unpleasant taste when it has sat awhile. For example, I made 2 servings of oatmeal with nibs. The second serving was to be refrigerated for next morning and it was a completely different taste. Unpleasant. So I use in smoothies and freshly made oatmeal and enjoy its favor immediately
Thank you for your honest review! Yes, the cacao nibs have a darker and more bitter flavor (much like baker's chocolate). Sweetening your oatmeal that has cacao nibs in it is a great option to offset the bitterness. We recommend sweetening with our Coconut Syrup (it has a delicious caramel-like flavor!). Here's the link:
