Product Description
The walnut tree grows to 25 - 30 meters and has a broad, loose-branched crown. The bark is smooth and ash gray at first. Later it becomes dark and fissured. The leaves are large, long petioled, odd-pinnate with 7-9 oblong or ovate leaflets. Leaflets are spotted with glands when they are young. The end or terminal leaflet is always the largest. These leaves are aromatic when rubbed and have a bitter taste.
