We offer two types of raw, virgin coconut oil:
Cold Pressed and Centrifuge Extracted

Expeller Pressed





  • An excellent cooking oil, used for medium-high heat. Ideal for baking, sautéing, frying and other cooking.
  • Ultra Clean Supreme - A refined oil that has been “cleaned” (twice actually), so there is no coconut taste or smell.

We offer two types of raw, virgin coconut oil:
Cold Pressed and Centrifuge Extracted

Cold Pressed





  • A Virgin, unrefined coconut oil that never exceeds 113°F.
  • Also used for medium-high heat cooking but has a stronger coconut flavor and aroma
  • Made from fresh coconut meat that is grated, dried and then cold pressed to extract the oils.

Centrifuge Extracted





  • Has a very light, mild and smooth coconut flavor and aroma.
  • A raw product – temperature never exceeds 104°F during production.
  • Made from coconut cream that passes through a series of centrifuges and becomes a pure, isolated oil.
  • Can be used for cooking and baking but often mixed with smoothies, coffee, hot cereal and granola or eaten off a spoon due to its light, mild taste.
