    Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
    3. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, hemp hearts, salt, and ground cardamom.
    4. In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.
    5. Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry. Stir until everything is moistened.
    6. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared jelly roll pan.
    7. Bake in the preheated oven 15-18 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Granola will be brown when done.
    8. Cool on wire rack. Store in airtight jar when completely cool.
