Chamomile is soothing for the skin, refreshing, and has a light, apple-y scent to relax the mind and body.

With its calming scent, lavender essential oil is is just what tired skin needs. And breathing in it’s stress-relieving scent while wearing this facial mask can calm the nerves too.

When chamomile and lavender essential oil are combined with honey, they provide powerful refreshment for a tired face!

Chamomile, Lavender, & Honey Face Mask For Tired Skin

  • 1 cup of honey (local, raw honey is best)
  • 3 tablespoons WFN dried chamomile
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil

Gently warm the honey in a heat proof jar over a double boiler. When liquid, but not hot, add the chamomile flowers and stir to mix. Let the honey cool as the chamomile infuses. Add the lavender essential oil after it has cooled for several minutes. Store in an airtight jar on the counter.

To use, apply to clean skin and allow to sit for 10 minutes. This is a great time to read, paint your toenails, take a hot detox bath, or enjoy a relaxing cup of tea. After 10 minutes, rinse your face clean with warm water and feel the soft, supple skin!
