If you haven't had a chance to try this mayonnaise, now would be a good time. Mayonnaise is best when stored at 35 to 85 degrees F. Freezing of mayonnaise will cause it to separate as the emulsion breaks. This occurs with all mayonnaise, not just ours.  We will be especially sensitive to very cold temperatures, however, because of our location in northern Minnesota.

Other Dressings

Recipe:

Dill Dip for Raw Veggies
1 cup Wilderness Family Naturals’ Mayonnaise
1 cup Organic Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Dill Weed
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes ( or 3 Tablespoon fresh onion diced)
1 tsp Himilayan pink salt (or other healthy salt)
1 tsp garlic

Mix together and serve.
